Approval period of 3 days: If the instrument is not to your satisfaction, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss what the problem might be and the best way to resolve the issue. If the instrument is returned for a refund, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The returned instrument must be received in the same condition as it was originally shipped. A full refund of the purchase price, minus the deposit will be given as soon as I receive the guitar. The deposit will be returned as soon as the guitar is resold or it can be applied to the construction of another guitar. This policy excludes highly customized instruments which are not suitable for resale.
